What is Face of Fitness 246 about?

It is where you come to become the best version of you.

Face of Fitness provides you with all the tools you need for success, whether you want to workout by the beach, workout with a friend or even in the comfort of your own home.  We provide it all, including healthy recipes to keep you on track, diet analysis so that you can make the changes necessary to your current eating style and partner workouts, so you never have to work out alone.
Not everyone wants to look like a body builder, or bikini model, so we help you along your journey to make your face of fitness dream become a reality.

 What inspired you to start it?

I’ve always been into health and fitness and have seen what a difference it makes, especially with the aging process and how a healthy lifestyle can prevent you from getting certain diseases like hypertension or diabetes.  So I wanted an outlet to be able to help others become the best version of themselves.
My idea was to create a place where people can come to get information, recipes and even personalised workouts so they can reach their goal without having to leave their home or step in a gym.  We make it happen.

What's your exercise philosophy?

What you put in you get out.
If you want to get the results you have to put in the work.  Fitness is the one thing you cannot borrow, buy or steal.  So if you want to be able to run a 5K, you better get to work!

What's your current workout routine?

I always try to get in between 3-4 days a week. Mostly focusing on abs and legs.

 What's your favourite/least favourite exercise?

 Favourite exercise would have to be box jumps and my least is definitely a plank!

What do you like to have for your cheat meals?

I always tell my clients everything in moderation; I never demand a perfect diet because that’s unrealistic.  But for a cheat meal I may have some fast food every now and then.

What's your playlist like when you workout?

Rap, Soca or the pop workout on I-tunes.

When is you best time to workout?

In between clients, usually around mid morning, I’m still fresh for the morning and get it out the way so I can continue my day.

What is your favourite go-to snack?

I rarely snack, but if I do I love a fruit bowl, or I would just peal a couple Kiwi’s and eat them.

What is your favourite place to workout?

At the studio, it has everything I need to get in a good workout with AC, or down by the boardwalk I used to go running there all the time.  Great scenery and then the beach is right there so I can go for a swim after if I want to.
