Getting out of bed in the morning may just be the hardest thing ever. But waking up early to get a quick work out in may be just the thing you need!
Working out in the morning not only gets it out of the way, but it will also have you feeling rejuvenated, full of energy and ready to attack your day!
You may not be a morning person but just for this week, try it and see how it leaves you feeling by Sunday.
The main excuse I hear about people not exercising is that they don’t have time. Well guess what? Waking up 20 minutes early is not only entirely possible to do, but it will also create more time in your day.
So if you’re reading this now I challenge you to get up and start a simple routine.
Jumping jacks, jogging on the spot, squats, lunges, push ups and top it off wIth some burpees.
Make a change in your life, no more excuses, there is no better time to start!
