- 2 tbsp. strawberry jam
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tbsp. honey
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Combine the strawberry jam, honey, almond flour and salt in a mixing bowl
- Add the almond milk and cinnamon and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Grease the pan with a light coat using olive oil.
- Pour one scoop of the batter and heat the pan.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
