So many people aimlessly work out at the Gymnasium with out any real program, well now all you need it to bring a stop-watch and some comfortable shoes and get to climbing! 15 minutes of stair climbing is sure to burn 100 calories. Add 1 minute of jumping jacks every time you get to the top of the steps and your well on your way to 200 calories in 15 minutes.
12 minutes moderate intensity
We are surrounded by water, so make your way down to the beach and get in a good swim! 12 minutes can burn well over 100 calories, while working and strengthening your whole entire body without stressing your joints. So the next time you are having a fun beach day, don’t forget to sneak away for 12 minutes to work on your weight loss body.
