Build a Bigger Booty
If you are trying to build your booty (which lets face it, we all are) when you squat make sure you are taking a wide stance.
Having a wide stance squat allows for greater glute activation when you get low.
So become your best face of fitness by squatting wide and getting low to build a killer booty!
