No, I didn’t spell it incorrectly; the waste trainer is the new piece of ‘must have’ fitness fashion that is being sported by everyone in Hollywood from the Kardashians to the Blac Chyna’s of the world, that has really taken the fitness industry by storm. But they are quite literally just that- a waste.
In the same way you cannot spot-check your fat to lose it from certain areas, (not unless you go under the knife), you also cannot wear a piece of ‘tight clothing’ essentially to permanently mould your body to the perfect hourglass figure. It just doesn’t work like that.
I can totally understand the desire that a lot of people have to lose weight, so when a fancy new piece of exercise gear comes out that seems to be all the rage. Promoted by countless celebs, promising to give you a tiny waist and accentuate your hips, giving you an incredibly sought after figure with little to no effort, who wouldn’t want to jump on that bandwagon?
But unfortunately all you are doing is wasting your money on a temporary fix; not to mention that the waist trainer is actually uncomfortable, restricting, and if you wear it tight enough, it can be difficult to breath and could potentially cause rib damage.
Now imagine actually trying to get in an effective workout while being in complete discomfort, and hardly being able to breathe, or move properly- impossible.
